Semi‑fluid NLGI‑00 grease formulated with high‑viscosity base oil, complex aluminium thickener and solid lubricants for excellent load resistance. Maintains a stable, adhesive lubricating film with strong EP and anticorrosive performance, preventing metal‑to‑metal contact and reducing wear, pitting and seizure under high load and elevated temperatures.

Applications

Lubrication of large, slow to medium speed, heavily loaded gears. Lubrication of rotary ball mills, ring gears on cement kilns, steel, paper, chemical & mining industry equipment. Lubrication of bearings and sliding bearings subjected to combined action of:- load, water, temperatures. Rolling bearings and mandrels of sheet steel winders. Large couplings. Is suitable to prime surfaces of newly assembled gears to provide lubrication during initial turning. Mechanisms that require a lubricant that generally withstands severe working conditions and needs to be conveyed through a centralized lubrication or spraying system.
