RELEEZE SPRAY
Product Code: ML-61015
Heavy‑duty, food‑quality non‑silicone release agent providing excellent release on thermoplastics including LDPE, HDPE, POM, PVC, PA, PP and PS. Will not interfere with post‑moulding processes such as painting, printing or gluing, and leaves no mould build‑up. Quick‑drying, non‑chlorinated and stable up to 220°C, with a non‑toxic base fluid that can be easily removed with standard cleaning agents.

- Will not build up a residue in the mould
- Good operational temperature up to +220°C
Applications
Releeze Spray provides heavy duty “wet” film for the release of plastic and rubber parts in injection moulding, vacuum forming and many other moulding and forming processes. It will not build up in the mould and helps to improve surface finish, reduce downtime and rejects.
