Applications

Spiral freezers — continuous belt conveyor systems that freeze products like burgers, fish fillets, ready meals and bakery goods. The chains run continuously in temperatures as low as -40°C & below; Tunnel freezers — linear conveyor freezers used for high-volume freezing of peas, sweetcorn, chips and other vegetables; IQF (Individually Quick Frozen) systems — fluidised bed freezers for freezing individual pieces of fruit, veg and seafood; Blast freezer conveyors — trolley and rail systems inside blast freezing chambers; Cold Storage & Distribution - Automated storage & retrieval systems (AS/RS) — chain and rail driven racking systems in -25°C to -30°C cold stores; Overhead conveyor chains — used in chilled and frozen meat processing and hanging systems; Pallet conveyor systems — in frozen distribution centres and logistics hubs.
